OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: NOVA VET LONGEVITY WELLNESS PLAN GIVEAWAY

1. CONTEST PERIOD 

The "Nova Vet Longevity Wellness Plan Giveaway" (the "Contest") begins on November 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST (the "Contest Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY 

The Contest is open to legal residents of Alberta who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Nova Vet (the "Sponsor"), and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, spouses) or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. HOW TO ENTER 

There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest:

• A. Automatic Entry (New Clients): Any individual who joins Nova Vet as a new client during the Contest Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.

• B. No Purchase Necessary (Email Entry): To enter without becoming a client or making a purchase, send an email to connect@novavet.care with the subject line "Wellness Plan Contest Entry." The body of the email must include your full name, phone number, and valid email address.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.

4. PRIZE 

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of Nova Vet’s Top Tier Wellness Plan, Nova Vet Longevity, for one (1) pet.

• Location: The prize is redeemable only at the Nova Vet clinic located at Seton, Calgary.

• Term: The Wellness Plan is valid for a 12-month period commencing on the date the Winner is contacted and the prize is accepted.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): greater than $10,000. Please contact our team via phone or email to enquire more about the details of the prize.

• Expiry: The Prize must be claimed and the plan activated by December 31, 2026. If the Prize is not claimed by this date, it will be forfeited.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

On April 1, 2026, in Calgary, Alberta, one (1) entrant will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received. All entries will be entered into a spreadsheet, and then a random number generator will choose a number that will correspond with the row number of the winning entry. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be notified using the following protocol:

1. Phone Call: The Sponsor will attempt to contact the entrant via phone first.

2. Text & Email: If there is no answer, the Sponsor will follow up with a text message and an email.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the initial attempt, or if they fail to comply with these Rules, they will be disqualified, and an alternate entrant may be selected.

6. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION 

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone.

7. RELEASE AND LIABILITY 

Before being declared the Winner, the selected entrant will be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form (see below) which:

• Confirms compliance with these Contest Rules;

• Accepts the Prize as awarded;

• Releases the Sponsor (Nova Vet), its agents, employees, and successors from any liability in connection with the Contest or the use/misuse of the Prize;

• Grants the Sponsor the right to use the Winner’s name, city of residence, and image for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. PRIVACY 

By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Nova Vet for the purposes of administering the Contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if circumstances compromise

its integrity or fairness.

11. GOVERNING LAW

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada

applicable therein.

DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE (to be completed by the winner only)

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that:

1. Eligibility: I am a legal resident of Alberta, I am at least 18 years of age, and I am not an employee of Nova Vet or a member of an employee's immediate family. I have complied with the Official Contest Rules.

2. Prize Acceptance: I accept the Prize as awarded (One Nova Vet Longevity Wellness Plan). I understand the Prize is valid only at the Nova Vet Seton location and expires if not claimed by December 31, 2026. I understand the Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Skill-Testing Question: I have correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question administered to me without assistance.

4. Liability Release: I hereby release and hold harmless Nova Vet, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or my acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

5. Publicity Consent: I grant Nova Vet the right to use my name, city of residence, photograph, and/or voice in any publicity or advertising carried out by the Sponsor relating to this Contest, without further compensation or notice.
